  • When is the registration closing date?
    Registration will be closed once the race reaches maximum capacity or refer to Closing Dates
  • I don't have a bike, can I still participate?
    Yes, you can. Bicycles will be provided for all participants. You do not need to bring your own bicycles.
  • Where can I register for this event?

  • What is the pre-requisite to enter the race?
    There is no pre-requisite to enter the race as long as you are fit, healthy and capable of completing the event.
  • What the weather is bad on race morning?
    The race will go ahead unless stated otherwise by the organisers.
  • Can I get a refund if I am unable to race?
    Entries are non-transferable. Transfers made without the consent of the Race Organisers are subject to disqualification. Further, the Race Organisers reserve the right to exclude both parties from future events.
  • What are the cut-off times on the course
    The cut-off times for each segment as below: 800m Run: 10min after start 8000m Virtual Cycle: 40min after start 800m Run: 60min after start
  • What is in my race pack?
    Your race kit consists of: 1x Race number bib
  • How do I collect my race kit?
    Race pack will be available for collection on-site on race day at the Information tent.
  • When is the race briefing?
    There will not be an in person race-briefing. All important race information will be sent in the Final Announcements email and will be available on the website. These will be available on race week. It is important and the responsibility of each participant to read these.
  • Are there water stations?
    Yes, there is water available on site.
  • Do I receive a medal?
    Yes, you will receive a medal after you complete.
  • I am feeling unwell during the race day. What can I do?
    There will be medical staff on site. Please approach the medical station if you require any assistance. There will be ambulance on standby for any emergency.
  • Does someone keep track of the number of laps I run?
    No, you must count your own laps. However, there will be officials to check if everyone completed the required number of laps after the race.
